Shipping Policy

Spirit Horse Collective, LLC ships custom talisman sets within the United States and internationally.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.


Processing Time

All talisman sets are custom-created and energetically aligned for each client.

Processing time is typically 5 to 14 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.


Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Spirit Horse Collective is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.


Risk of Loss

All purchases from Spirit Horse Collective are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.

Spirit Horse Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, seized, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the carrier.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT
• Brokerage fees
• Any additional charges imposed by the destination country

Spirit Horse Collective does not collect or prepay international duties or taxes unless explicitly stated at checkout.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which may delay delivery.

If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid duties or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, customs fees, and associated charges.

Refunds for refused international shipments will not include original shipping costs and may be subject to additional processing fees.

Spirit Horse Collective is not responsible for packages held, delayed, or seized by customs authorities.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

Spirit Horse Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Tracking documentation will be provided upon request.

Spirit Horse Collective does not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact info@spirithorsecollective.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photographs of the damage
• Photographs of the packaging

Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
