Meet Molly, Founder of Spirit Horse Collective
Horses have shaped every chapter of my life.
What began as a childhood connection evolved into a lifelong commitment to understanding how horses move, regulate, perform, and partner with us.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Equestrian Studies from the University of Findlay, where I built a foundation in biomechanics, training theory, nutrition, and comprehensive horse care. My early path was performance-driven, with ambitions of riding professionally, until a significant injury redirected my focus.
That shift forced me to look deeper.
Years later, the unexpected loss of my heart horse, Stella, reshaped how I understood partnership. She was not just an athlete. She was a teacher. Her impact challenged me to explore how physical strain, emotional stress, and energetic holding intersect in the equine body.
I did not want to separate science from intuition.
I became a Certified Equine Massage Therapist and began integrating structural knowledge with intuitive assessment. Over time, I developed an approach that addresses fascial restriction, compensation patterns, nervous system regulation, and the subtler influences that impact movement and behavior.
This work is not about temporary softness.
It is about identifying root patterns and creating sustainable change.
My Approach
At Spirit Horse Collective, integration is the standard, not the add-on.
Restriction in the body is rarely just mechanical. Compensation patterns, nervous system protection, and emotional holding all influence structural change.
- Hands-on bodywork addresses fascial restriction, compensation patterns, and structural imbalance to restore functional movement and ease.
- Energetic assessment brings awareness to emotional and regulatory patterns influencing the body.
- PEMA technology supports cellular recovery and circulation.
Each layer informs and reinforces the others.
Horses do not compartmentalize their stress.
Their care should not be compartmentalized either.
My role is to assess with precision, respond with intention, and address root patterns rather than chase surface symptoms.
Why Spirit Horse Collective
Spirit Horse Collective was created in honor of the horses who have shaped me, especially Stella.
The name reflects the belief that every horse carries intelligence, memory, and sensitivity beyond what is immediately visible. My mission is to restore balance at the deepest level so horses and humans can move forward with clarity, comfort, and connection.
Whether working with performance horses, companions, or practitioners seeking advanced tools, my focus remains the same:
Integrated care.
Lasting results.
Stronger partnerships.
Horses have always carried us forward.
My work is about helping them move forward with less restriction of their own.
